I have downloaded the trial version & when I try to bring in any mov files it tells me that its a music file & puts it in the music timeline. The program won't convert it because it says it has music. The exact error says "You can not add audio files to the videos & photos collection. It then puts the video on the music timeline. Then it asks if you want to add it to the music collection.
How do I get my MOV files to be seen as video instead of audio?
Thanks
Debbie

I would suggest upgrading to the very newest version of the free QuickTime Player from Apple. You can download it here:
https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
.
Click "Free Download Now" to install the newest Player.
