Recording only the presentation window in PowerPoint

I have just started using My Screen Recorder. It looks perfect for what I need. I have some Powerpoint presentations and wanted to use it for recording the presentation files. But how can I record only the presentation window, not the entire screen?

You can use My Screen Recorder for converting your PowerPoint Presentations to WMV and AVI format Videos.

By using Custom Region Recording, you can select the part of the screen you want to record.
