The next version of WebCam Monitor will support IP Cameras. The next version should be released by the end of March 2006.

Any update on this?

I'm going to buy an IP camera, but I wanna now whether it will be supported or not.

Will all IP cameras be supported? Or only a list? Where can I see this list?
Will it have the same features in the tool as a regular webcam?

And when will WCM with IP camera support be released?

Thx!

The latest version supports most of the popular IP cameras. The entire list of supported IP cameras is displayed in the software. We are constantly adding additional cameras, therefore you can download the latest version to get the most accurate list of IP cameras supported.

You can download the latest version from the following page:

If you're looking for a recommendation on choosing an IP camera. I can recommend the Sony IP cameras which are all supported by the software and work very well.
