Connecting USB cameras to a PCIe USB 3.0 interface card

I am not able to use a external USB hub. I would like to know if I can connect my USB camera to an internal 4 port PCIe USB 3.0 interface card?

Yes, WebCam Monitor supports most types of USB interfaces. You can connect up to 4 USB cameras per PC. Your 4 port PCIe USB interface should work just fine.
