Using Online Videos In Video Edit Magic

Hi,
I need to use part of a video thats online for a work project. Two links were emailed to me: high res version and low res. When I click on the high res it pops up in windows media player, and the low res on YouTube. I can't figure out how to save either of these so that I can use them in Video Edit Magic. Help!!!

YouTube video is not available for download. The other linked video can be downloaded by simply right-clicking on it and selecting
Save Link As
(if you are using Mozilla FireFox) or
Save Target As
(if using Microsoft Internet Explorer).
