What are Recent Folder Shortcuts?
Recent Folder shortcuts are created when you choose to open a file directly. If the folder in which the file is present is not a folder shortcut then a new folder shortcut entry is made under Recent Folder Shortcuts. Only five folder shortcuts can be created under Recent Folder Shortcuts. If a sixth folder shortcut is to be added then the oldest folder under Recent Folder Shortcuts is removed.
To move a Folder Shortcut from Recent Folder Shortcuts list to Folder Shortcuts list:
- Right click on the folder shortcut you want to move to Folder Shortcut list.
- On the menu that pops up select Move To Folder Shortcuts.
