I would like to know if I can create multiple connection profiles to connect to the same FTP server and upload / download files from different folders on the server.

Auto FTP Manager lets you create multiple profiles to connect to the same FTP server. You can also create one connection profile and quickly make a duplicate of the original profile, then modify the folder selection.

To create a connection profile, click File >> New Connection Profile. Select the connection profile type as Automated or Quick Connect. Enter the details required to connect to the FTP server, including the FTP address, port number and login. Click the Browse button to select the FTP folder from which you want to download or upload files. For the automated transfer profile, you have to specify the transfer actions to be performed when you run the automated transfer. Finally, provide a profile name and complete the settings.

When you create a connection profile, it will be listed in the left side panel. Right click on the profile name and select the Duplicate Profile option. You can edit the duplicated profile and change the FTP folder location, action rules and profile name.
