You can setup Auto FTP Manager to start in background mode at Windows Startup. To do so:

1. On the File menu, click Settings.
2. Under the General tab, check the following options:
- Run Auto FTP Manager when Windows starts
- Minimize Auto FTP Manager to system tray
3. Click OK.

You can setup profiles to run at a specified schedule. Like once a day, week and so on.
