Adding a New Folder Shortcut
To add a new folder shortcut:
- On the File menu, select Folder Shortcut and click Add in the submenu that opens.
- Optionally, enter a name for the new folder shortcut.
- Click Browse to navigate to the folder on your PC that you want to add. Select the folder and click OK.
- Click OK to add the new folder shortcut.
You can also make a new folder shortcut from a sub-folder within any folder shortcut. The steps are:
- Select any sub-folder from the list of folder shortcuts by clicking on it.
- In the File menu, select Folder Shortcut and click Move to Folder Shortcuts.
- A new folder shortcut is created and displayed in the folder shortcuts list.
