View Menu

The E-mail List displays the Location, Syntax Verification, Domain Verification, Name of the SMTP Server, Result of STMP Verification and the Date and Time when the e-mail was last checked, in addition to the e-mail address.  The Location and Last Verification columns can be shown or hidden by selecting or deselecting the respective options in the View menu.

1. In the Menu bar, click on the View option.
2. From the View dropdown check or uncheck Location and/or Last Verified depending on whether you want these details displayed or not.

The View menu also lets you see the verification results for the email addresses in the current session.

1. In the Menu bar, click on the View option.
2. In the View dropdown, click on Verification Summary.  Alternately, press F6
3. The VerificationSummary window is displayed, showing you the email verification status for all three tests: syntax, domain and STMP.
4. You can either Export E-mails and Import More E-mails by selecting the appropriate radio button before clicking OK.
5. You may also have the option of attempting to Retry Timed Out E-mails, if any time-outs happened.  If no tests timed out, this option will be disiabled.
