I am having trouble installing voices.  What should I do?

Be sure that you have installed Text Speaker before installing the voices.  The installation will fail if Text Speaker is not installed.

After installation, click Tools >> Voice.  If you click on Current Voice, does the new voice appear in the list?  If not, exit from Text Speaker by clicking File >> Exit.  (NOTE: Clicking the Close button is not sufficient, you must click File >> Exit.) Restart the program and see whether the voices are now available.

If you continue to have trouble with the installation, please Contact Us.
