Configuring Files for Desktop Viewing

1. After adding files to the conversion list, click the Tools menu and then Settings.
2. Under General Settings, from the Convert To Format box, select WMV - For Desktop Viewing for Video or WMA - For Desktop Viewing for audio.
3. Select the Properties tab or Properties button.
4. From the Profiles box, select an appropriate profile.
5. From the list of available Bit Rates, select the ones that you want to include in the conversion. Read Selecting Bit Rates before selection.
6. Click OK.

Preserve ID3 Tags

    By default, Digital Media Converter retains metadata (like song titles and names of the artists) from your source file. To avoid this uncheck the Preserve ID3 Tags [ file description details ] option.
